Excellent! Looking to ship your car? Look no further!

I spent three weeks combing the internet for a auto transporter to ship an Audi from Sacramento. CA to North Carolina. I looked at BBB ratings and then compared them to reviews. Those two things are not always the same - so beware. However, I've done the work and now I can tell you that Parker Trucking is the way to go. I spoke to Joanne the first time, one week ago. My car arrived yesterday; Monday to Monday - done deal! Great communication, honesty, great driver/transport. Excellent experience. I couldn't be happier - and I have to tell you, I was getting ready to buy a ticket and fly to California to get the car because I read so many horror stories. Don't take chances with brokers who offer you discounts. There's a reason for that. :) Thanks Joanne, Jeremy, and Scott.

Excellent Service

Joanne Parker provided great personal customer service. She was the only carrier/broker that returned my telephone calls....the rest just bombared me with emails. Joanne was friendly and answered all my questions when I called her several times. The pickup date was as requested and the driver (Arthur) was friendly and delivered a day early. Will use again, if needed. Give Joanne a call...she will call you back!

More than impressed! i found Jo Anne & Mike by luck. I needed my car shipped to me a.s.a.p. & they were out of town at the time. not only did she make things happen but she did it fast!! super friendly extremely knowledgable and honest! She arranged for my car to be picked up on a Friday and my car is in my garage on Wednesday. that's Phoenix,-Tampa in less than a week!! I am starting a small business of selling antiques, I will use her services every time I need transports. THANK YOU- 5 STARS all the way!

We can't thank Joanne & Mike enough for the superb service. These people went out of their way to accommodate us. I called, got a quote and pick-up date. The day before the pick up, they call and let you know the approx. arrival time for your pick-up. The day before our scheduled pick-up my wife was hospitalized and required emergency surgery. We thought we would have to reschedule but thanks to Joanne the move went right on schedule. Mike met me, inspected our vehicle and was very professional (you would have thought
we were shipping a Lamborghini not an 02 Toyota). Then, because of the surgery we were unable to be there in Tucson to meet Mike
as agreed but Mike went out of his way and delivered our car to our home instead. Our car arrived at our AZ home in time and right on schedule. Our car was in perfect condition. Today you just don't get that kind of service anywhere. I am going to be sure to recommend them to our little community and would not hesitate to use them again!
